The Study of Cognition, Adolescents and Mobile Phones (SCAMP) run by Imperial College London and Birkbeck, University of London has established a cohort of 6,500 11 year olds with follow-up at age 13 years. Baseline data collection, currently ongoing, includes a range of socio-cultural and environmental risk factors in relation to cognitive and behavioural development, drawn from across Greater London with a wide range in SES and ethnicity.
